What Kind of Service Can I Expect?
La Casa Lopez employees pride themselves on being friendly and helpful to every guest. The servers start every table with chips and salsa (of course), but the real treat is their exceptional black bean dip. There is usually more than enough but extra salsa and bean dip only cost 99 cents more if you're really hungry!
What Do I Order and What are the Prices?
The menu at Casa is very similar to a lot of other Mexican restaurants; however, the quality is a lot better. For appetizers they have items such as quesadillas, nachos, wings and guacamole dip. The prices on the appetizer menu range from $4.25 to $10.99. Almost all of the combinations and entrees come with rice and beans so there is more than enough food, even if you want to share!
Do They Have Any Specialties on Food or Drinks?
I don't know about you guys, but when I go to a Mexican restaurant I have to get a good drink to go with it. While their margaritas, pina colodas and daiquiris (all only $5.25) are absolutely delicious, my personal favorite is the Mexican Volcano. It is a mix of vodka, rum and gin blended with strawberry and pina colada with a float of Bacardi 151. How could you not love that? Another thing I love about Casa is that they almost always have a tasty food specialty every night and six different vegetarian options on their menu (each for about $11.00).
So all in all, how much will I be spending?
If you plan on ordering a drink, appetizer and entree, you can expect your bill to be about $25, which is very reasonable for that much food! But if you plan to share with a date or a friend, add one more drink to that and you each only have to pay about $15. That's a steal!
Located only 14 minutes from campus, La Casa Lopez is at 415 S. Main St. in Moscow. So come with a group of friends for a birthday party (hat and free shot included) or just for a quiet date. La Casa will NOT disappoint!
